Esa grasa se derrite durante la cocci\u00f3n lenta, entregando sabor y jugosidad. Ya sea lomo vetado, punta de ganso o un buen costillar, \u00a1invierte en calidad!<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. El Fuego es Paciencia, no Arrebato (Domina las Brasas)<\/span><\/h6><p>El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan es tirar la carne al fuego. \u00a1No!
